Ingredients Serves 6

  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 180 ml passata (sodium free)
  • 1/2 tsp italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 6 pieces pita bread (wholemeal)
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 120 grams sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pieces green capsicum
  • 2 pieces onion (sliced)
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 180 grams mozzarella

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven 200C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the passata, oil, herbs and garlic powder

Step 3

On the baking sheet, spread the pitas with the preparation. Add the mushrooms, cheese, onions, pepper. Bake for 10mns, then grill for few minutes until golden

Step 4

Serve with a green salad
