Ingredients Serves 4

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 400 grams Lamb mince
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 pieces Lemon
  • 4 cup Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pieces Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 pieces Avocado (sliced)
  • 2 pieces Spring onion (chopped)

Method

Step 1

Combine lamb mince, curry powder, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well

Step 2

Roll mixture into balls

Step 3

Fry in pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil until cooked through and crunchy on the outside.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients of side salad and serve together
