Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1/4 cup Zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 100 grams Sweet potato, mashed
  • 4 cup Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pieces Cucumber, chopped
  • 2 pieces Spring onions, chopped
  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 300 grams Chicken mince
  • Bakery / Other
  • 1/2 cup Instant oats

Method

Step 1

Combine all pattie ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Shape mixture into patties.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan over medium heat (with a drizzle of olive oil), cooked patties for 3 – 4 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 4

Serve with side salad.
