Combine beef, sweet potato, parsley, zucchini, garlic and egg and mix well.
Form 6 patties, coating hands in plain flour to help.
Cook over medium heat in a frying pan drizzled with olive oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Create burgers by adding patties and other ingredients to each hamburger bun.
