Ingredients Serves 6

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 250 mg Minced beef
  • 1 pieces Egg, lightly beat
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 350 grams Sweet potato, mashed
  • 15 grams Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pieces Medium zucchini, grated
  • 2 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 cup Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 pieces Capsicum, sliced
  • 1/2 pieces Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 pieces Onion, chopped
  • 1 To serve Mayonaise
  • Bakery / Other
  • 6 pieces Hamburger rolls

Method

Step 1

Combine beef, sweet potato, parsley, zucchini, garlic and egg and mix well.

Step 2

Form 6 patties, coating hands in plain flour to help.

Step 3

Cook over medium heat in a frying pan drizzled with olive oil for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Create burgers by adding patties and other ingredients to each hamburger bun.
