Ingredients Serves 6

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 pieces Onion, chopped
  • 1 pieces Green capsicum, chopped
  • 440 grams Canned tomatoes, salt reduced
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 82.5 grams Canned red kidney beans, drained
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 500 grams Lean minced beef
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 4 pieces Tabasco sauce (drops)
  • 1 pieces Pepper, to taste
  • 1 pieces Chilli, small finely chopped (add to taste)

Method

Step 1

Brown minced beef in a large pot and drain the fat.

Step 2

Add onion and green capsicum, cooking until onion is transparent.

Step 3

Add remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Simmer for 90 minutes
