Ingredients Serves 15

  • Bakery / Other
  • 2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 450 grams can of crushed pineapple in natural juice with liquid

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven 180C.

Step 2

Sift flour into a mixing bowl and combine with sugar.

Step 3

Add pineapple (entire content of the can) and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into baking paper lined 22cm cake tin.

Step 5

Bake for 40-50min.
