Ingredients Serves 3

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 440 grams frozen pineapple pieces
  • 10 pieces large fresh mint leaves
  • 2cm pieces fresh ginger
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 pieces Crushed ice (desired amount)

Method

Step 1

Freeze pineapple pieces.

Step 2

Place frozen pineapple, the syrup, crushed ice, mint and ginger into a blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Serve in a glass and enjoy!
