Ingredients Serves 12

  • Bakery / Other
  • 1 cup Salt reduced margarine
  • 1/2 cup Caster sugar
  • 2 cup Plain flour
  • 12 tsp Jam (of your choice)

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC, line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Using electric beaters, mix together the butter and sugar, until it appears light and fluffy.

Step 3

Fold in through flour. Using a tablespoon of the mixture roll it into balls and place on lined baking tray.

Step 4

Using a spoon press a hole into the base of the biscuit dough. Fill the hole with 1/2 a teaspoon of jam into each cookie.

Step 5

Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
