Ingredients Serves 30

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 cup Fresh coriander
  • 1 pieces Fresh green chili
  • 1 pieces Red onion
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Whole cumin seeds

Method

Step 1

Wash coriander and green chili.

Step 2

Roughly chop onion, garlic, coriander and chili.

Step 3

Grind in a blender along with salt, cumin and lemon juice.

Step 4

Serve with idli, on a veggie sandwich or with other snacks.
