Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano soaked in small amount warm water
  • 4 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 pieces Chilli, if desired
  • 1/2 pieces Lime, juiced
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Sunflower oil

Method

Step 1

Mix all together until well combined.

Step 2

Use as a marinade for chicken or protein of choice.

Step 3

Combine the marinade with protein in a ziplock bag and place marinade in the fridge for several hours or overnight for great flavour full meat.
