Add the flour, almond milk and egg in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Mix through the blueberries gently.
Cook in 1/4 cup portions in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
Wait for bubbles to form on one side and then flip to cook on the other side for approximately 3 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup and extra blueberries.
