Ingredients Serves 10

  • Bakery / Other
  • 340 grams Vanilla cake mix
  • 3/4 cup Salt reduced margarine (melted)
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 400 grams Tinned apple (sliced)
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 200 grams Sour cream

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.

Step 2

Mix the butter and the cake mix together to form a dough.

Step 3

Press evenly into a lined square baking tin and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Combine the apple and sour cream together in a bowl.

Step 5

Spread over the base once it has been cooked, return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.

Step 6

Cool in the fridge and serve cold.
