Ingredients Serves 4

  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 375 grams Pasta
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 cup Basil (fresh)
  • 2-3 Clove Garlic
  • Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil

Method

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet.

Step 2

Roughly chop the basil, garlic and pine nuts.

Step 3

Blitz in food processor or blender with the olive oil until smooth.

Step 4

Serve warm over the pasta.
