Ingredients Serves 2

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 300 grams Green beans (chopped)
  • 100 grams Frozen peas
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 1 pieces Egg
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Green Herb Prep Blend (or favourite herb)

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC

Step 2

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Stir well until evenly combined.

Step 3

Spoon mixture into 2 ร— 1-cup silicone moulds or an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes ย or until firm.

Step 5

Enjoy warm or cool completely and freeze.

Top Tips:

Include a serve of protein if on dialysis, add 1 small potato if living with diabetes.
