Ingredients Serves 3

  • Bakery / Other
  • 300 grams Plain flour
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 1 litre Almond milk

Method

Step 1

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat a lightly oiled pancake pan over medium high heat.

Step 3

Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ladle for each crepe.

Step 4

Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.

Step 5

Brown on both sides and serve hot.
