Ingredients Serves 5

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 250 grams Chicken breast
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder

Method

Step 1

Dice chicken.

Step 2

Cut grapes in half, and slice celery.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and spices.

Step 4

Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.

Step 5

Chill before serving.
