Ingredients Serves 6

  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33 cup Creme fraiche
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon, juice
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 pieces Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Capers in brine, drained and chopped
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 185 grams Tuna, canned in springwater, drained

Method

Step 1

Blend or process cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and tuna together until well combined but still retaining a little texture.

Step 2

Transfer to a serving bowl and stir through crème fraiche, parsley and green onions. Garnish with baby capers if using. Serve with your favourite veggie sticks and crackers.
