Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC and line a cake tin with baking paper.
Place the pears (and the liquid) in a mixing bowl and add the cake mix, 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.
Beat on low for 30 seconds and then on high for 4 minutes.
Pour mixed into cake tin and cook for approximately 55 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
