Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 Clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 100 grams snow peas
  • 1 pieces medium carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 pieces capsicum, chopped
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 90 ml Plum Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 250 grams pork fillets, cubed
  • 90 ml chicken stock (salt reduced)
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 350 grams soba noodles, boiled

Method

Step 1

Combine sauces, ginger and garlic.

Step 2

Combine half of the sauce mixture in a bowl with the pork.

Step 3

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, fry pork in batches until lightly golden.

Step 4

Add in vegetables and cooked noodles. Heat until vegetables are cooked through.

Step 5

Stir in pork and serve.
