Heat oven to 180ยฐC
Layer taro, pawpaw and onion in a baking dish and repeat the layers until taro and pawpaw are used up
Press the slices down to compact them
Pour the coconut cream over the top of the dish
Cover with tin foil
Bake for approximately 1ยฝ hours or until taro is cooked through and soft when pierced
