Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 500 grams Taro (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 pieces Pawpaw (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 pieces Onion (sliced)
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 1/3 cup Lite coconut cream

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 180ยฐC

Step 2

Layer taro, pawpaw and onion in a baking dish and repeat the layers until taro and pawpaw are used up

Step 3

Press the slices down to compact them

Step 4

Pour the coconut cream over the top of the dish

Step 5

Cover with tin foil

Step 6

Bake for approximately 1ยฝ hours or until taro is cooked through and soft when pierced
