Ingredients Serves for 1kg to 1.5kg meat

  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/3 cup vinegar (not balsamic)
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 Clove garlic, minced

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients

 

Marinade times :

Chicken

Min – 20mins
Max – 12hrs

 

Lamb

Min – 3hrs
Max – 24hrs

 

Seafood

Min – 10mins
Max – 20mins
