  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 pieces egg
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • Bakery / Other
  • 1 tbsp flour

Method

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat

Step 2

Beat the egg with the flour and sesame oil

Step 3

Mix in the bean sprouts and vegetables

Step 4

Pour mixture into a pan and cook until lightly browned on one side; flip and cook on the other side until lightly browned
