Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 bunch fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 200 grams Greek yogurt
  • 200 grams sour cream

Method

Step 1

Puree raspberries until just smooth.

Step 2

Combine yogurt, cream and lemon rind.

Step 3

Gently mix together in a slow swirling fashion.

Step 4

Spoon into four serving glasses and refrigerate for 15mins before serving.
