Ingredients Serves 7

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1/2 pieces Brown onion
  • 4 Clove Fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup Fresh ginger
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1/3 cup Salt reduced soy sauce
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 250 grams Long rice
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 cup Chicken breast or thighs

Method

Step 1

Soak long rice until it is soft enough to cut

Step 2

Cook the chicken breast in olive oil on medium heat until tender.

Step 3

Add the garlic, ginger and onion. Cook for a furth 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add the long rice, 1 cup of water and the soy sauce. Put the lid and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Stir and add the rest of the liquid until the long rice thickens.

Step 6

Add in the vegetables and mix to combine. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 7

Serve warm!
