Ingredients Serves 2

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 200-300 grams Potato (mashed)
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 250 grams Salmon (tinned, drained)
  • 1 pieces Egg
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dill

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC

Step 2

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Stir well until evenly combined.

Step 3

Spoon mixture into 2 ร— 1-cup silicone moulds or an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Bake for 15 – 25 minutes or until firm.

Step 5

Enjoy warm or cool completely and freeze.

Top Tips:

If prescribed, remember your phosphate binder with this recipe.
