Cover base of steamer with foil and place fish on top. Spread garlic, ginger and coriander over fish
Cut carrot, red and green capsicum into julienne strips. Place all vegetables over top of fish.
Combine soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice; pour over fish and vegetables.
Steam until fish is cooked. Serve with steamed rice.
