Ingredients Serves 4

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh chopped
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 pieces Black pepper, to taste
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 4 pieces Ham, chopped
  • 8 pieces Egg
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 0.25 cup Cheese, grated

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in non-stick frying pan.

Step 2

Place eggs in bowl, add water and whisk until fluffy.

Step 3

Pour mixture into frying pan then top with ham, tomatoes, cheese, parsley and pepper.

Step 4

Cook omelette on low heat for 5 minutes each side.

Step 5

Cut into wedges and serve.
