This Asparagus Soup is light yet comforting with a gentle kick of cayenne.
Simple ingredients, silky texture, and big flavour make it a bowl youโll keep coming back to!

Cut asparagus in small pieces (about 2- 3 cm) and set them aside.
In a large non-stick saucepan, pour in stock and add in asparagus. Bring this to a simmer.
Cook for 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender, but still green.
Remove saucepan from the heat and puree with a hand blender.
Return to a low heat and slowly add the cream, cooking on low until heated through.
Season to taste with the cayenne pepper.
