Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
Roast 1 punnet cherry tomatoes along with the olive oil and garlic for 20 minutes.
Add to roasting tray the Danish feta and continue roasting for 10 more minutes.
Once roasted , squash with a fork to combine.
Add to fresh boiled pasta and mix through. Serve warm.
