Ingredients Serves 4

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 230 grams Fresh tuna steak cubed
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 1 pieces Medium cucumber
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Green beans
  • 1 cup Brown onion
  • 2 Clove Fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

Step 1

Chop up all the vegetables.

Step 2

Add oil to a medium sized fry pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Place onion in the pan, cook for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir to combine.

Step 4

Add in fish, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until cooked through.

Step 5

Serve warm.
