Ingredients Serves 2

  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 150 grams Carrot (grated)
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 250 grams Red split lentils (cooked)
  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 1 pieces Egg
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.

Step 2

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Stir well until evenly combined.

Step 3

Spoon mixture into 2 ร— 1-cup silicone moulds or an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes or until firm.

Step 5

Enjoy warm or cool completely and freeze.
