Ingredients Serves 4

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 250 grams Chicken tenderloins, sliced
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 80 grams Tube of gourmet garden lemongrass paste
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Canola oil
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1 pieces Medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 2 To serve White rice

Method

Step 1

Combine oil, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, lemongrass paste, brown sugar and chilli sauce in a medium size bowl.

Step 2

Add chicken and ensure each piece is coated well in the marinade.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 4

Pan fry or grill over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve with the rice and cucumber.
