Crispy and flavorful, these Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges are the perfect savory snack or appetizer.
Made with toasted pita bread brushed with garlic-basil margarine and topped with parmesan cheese, they’re easy to prepare and packed with delicious, cheesy goodness.
Preheat oven to 180˚c.
Split pita bread in half; cut each half into 4 wedges therefore cutting each pita into 8.
Combine margarine, garlic and basil.
Brush over one side of bread wedges; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Place in single layer on oven tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
