Ingredients Serves 1

  • Meat, Poultry & Seafood
  • 150 grams Chicken
  • Vegetables & Fresh Produce
  • .5 cup Zucchini slices
  • .5 cup Capsicum pieces
  • .5 cup Green beans chopped
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • .5 tsp Golden Prep Blend or garlic powder

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200ยฐC.

Step 2

Spread vegetables and chicken on a tray.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

Step 4

Toss lightly to coat.

Step 5

Bake 20โ€“25 minutes for a 1-person tray, 25โ€“30 minutes for a 4-person tray.

Step 6

Serve warm with your favourite carb. Add lemon if desired.
