Ingredients Serves 2

  • Nuts & Seeds
  • 6 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 2 cup Milk
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Method

Step 1

Add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey to a glass

Step 2

Stir well to prevent clumping.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick.

Step 4

Stir again before serving and top with kidney-friendly fruit.
