  • Grains, Pasta & Legumes
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • Dairy & Alternatives
  • 1.3 cup Milk
  • Oils, Sauces & Condiments
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • .5 tsp Cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Cobine oats, milk, olive oil, sugar, and cinnamon to a glass.

Step 2

Stir well to combine.

Step 3

Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Step 4

Stir before eating and top your favourite fruit.
