Comprehensive Conservative Care (CCC), also known as non-dialysis supportive care, is a treatment pathway for kidney failure that does not involve dialysis or kidney transplantation.

It is estimated that about half of the people with kidney failure choose not to undergo kidney replacement therapy (dialysis or kidney transplant) and instead choose to receive CCC.
